” I hold an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with a Minor in Psychology. With over four years of experience as a personal trainer, I have cultivated a deep passion for health and fitness. Having faced personal challenges with fitness during my youth, I discovered its transformative impact on overall health and confidence, which inspired my journey into this field.
My passion extends to both the active and passive aspects of care, which led me to pursue and earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I strongly believe that proper movement mechanics and mobility are fundamental to longevity and optimal health.
I take a patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing active rehabilitation and patient education to promote long-term wellness and sustainable results.”
